These Terms of Use govern your use of Musiyo (https://musiyo.com), including playlist pages, guides, catalog pages, widgets, and related content. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Musiyo.
What Musiyo is
Musiyo is an editorial playlist discovery website. We curate Hindi, Bollywood, and indie playlists and provide links and embeds so you can listen or watch on Spotify, YouTube, or YouTube Music. Musiyo is not a streaming service. We do not host full commercial recordings for download.
Third-party platforms
Spotify, YouTube, and YouTube Music are independent services. Opening a playlist, saving a playlist, or playing an embed is subject to those platforms' terms, privacy policies, and availability. Musiyo is not responsible for account requirements, ads, regional restrictions, or playback issues on those platforms.
Musiyo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB, YouTube, or Google except as a website that links to their publicly available playlist features.
Intellectual property
Song titles, lyrics, recordings, artwork, artist names, and film names belong to their respective rights holders. Musiyo's original editorial writing, curation, website design, Musiyo name, and brand assets belong to Musiyo.
You may not copy Musiyo's editorial content, scrape the site in a way that harms service, or present Musiyo playlists or writing as your own product without permission.
Playlist widget
You may embed the Musiyo playlist widget on your own site if you do not modify it to mislead visitors, hide Musiyo attribution, or interfere with outbound Spotify or YouTube links. We may disable or change the widget at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Musiyo in a way that breaks the law or infringes other people's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related services.
- Misrepresent Musiyo content, playlist counts, or outbound links.
- Use automated bulk copying in a way that degrades the site for other visitors.
Accounts and newsletter
Newsletter subscription and Musiyo accounts are optional. Accounts exist so you can bookmark playlists, see liked playlists, and send playlist requests or feedback while signed in. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not create an account with someone else's email without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Playlist requests and feedback
You may request playlists, ask questions, or share feedback through the Contact page or your account. Messages are sent to heymusiyo@gmail.com. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or spam content. We may decline requests that are outside Musiyo's editorial focus or that we cannot fulfill.
No professional advice
Playlist notes, guides, and occasion suggestions are editorial opinions for music discovery. They are not wedding planning, legal, or professional advice.
Disclaimer
Musiyo is provided "as is." Playlists, song lists, follower counts, view counts, and availability can change when source platforms update. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musiyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, inability to use the site, or your use of Spotify, YouTube, or other third-party services linked from Musiyo.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle analytics, accounts, newsletter signup, local storage, and third-party tools. Using Musiyo means you also understand that policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
